We are a vendio user, and if we set up items in our ebay Store to be good-till-cancelled, how does vendio approach the 'relisting' and "fee" of it, in regards to the automatic relaunch, and the photos contained there-in?

Hi there,
With GTC items, Vendio will actually not do anything. Ebay will relist the item on it's own. When the first GTC item closes, the active listing will move to closed, however, once Ebay relists it, Vendio will recognize the relist and move the listing back into your Active listings page within 3-6 hours. The photos will stay in the item and you will not be charged 2 times.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I think vendio was wrong on the "vendio fee" part of the answer given to me??? ... I am being charged the 6 cents by vendio each time ebay relists it for me?

Hello,
That is actually incorrect -- I apologize. If you list GTC then you get charged by us the listing fee since GTC items on eBay are charged every 30 days.
You don't get charged extra image fees due to your Annual Plan.

... so you charge me 6 cents per listing in my eBay Store, every time it renews, and eBay charges me 2 or 3 cents? ,--- so am I paying out approximately 8 or 9 cents every time a GTC ?

Hi Estatestuff
This is how Vendio try to Boycott eBay stores, in the hope you will use Vendio Stores instead.
VENDIO : Please stop this nonsense !!!
Once GTC lunched , Vendio as nothing to do with it !! People on Annual plans should not be charges by Vendio every 30 days. This is ridiculous !!
