I just got my credit card statement & find I am charged $78.24. I was paying around $8.00 per month. When you changed the plan a few months ago I was paying approximately $5.00 per month.
I have an annual listing plan - I don't do stores, customer manager or anything extra. I have changed anything.

When I pull my statement ending 10/27 it says Balance $4.60.

I can't access any of the billing question sites. What is going on??
