After an auction closes, the customer comes through the Vendio Check Out and discovers the store, purchases another item. It appears that the store is adding in duplicate shipping charges of $12 per item. In my auctions I offer a $11 discount off the shipping for a second purchase and that processes through Vendio Checkout if they use it properly. If they do an istant payment then I have to go back to Paypal and give them a credit.
Question... when auction is combined with Vendio Store items is there a way to discount the shipping charges?

I just uncombined this auction and Vendio purchase combined. My Vendio store item was listed incorrectly and without a photo. She is a regular customer so she purchased sight unseen. I have contacted her to tell her I will make the adjustment via Paypal. However I would like to the invoice to be correct.
The second problem I see is that the vendio fee will be based on $50. rather than the correct $30. Can that be adjusted? I have corrected the Store listing.

Hello,
The shipping discounts you set up will apply to a combined auction and store item.
If you recombine the items you just uncombined you can specify a shipping price. Just make the shipping what you wanted with the discount and then you can invoice the customer. I'm not sure if this accurately answers your question so please let me know if it does not.
Regarding the Vendio fee, if you need the final value fee to be adjusted please contact our billing department at [email protected] after it shows on your statement.
Regards,
Sonya
