Hello,

The problem you've reported is most likely due to the fact that you are using a browser that is not currently supported by our system. We would recommend upgrading your browser to the latest available version. You may also consider using an alternate browser to work around the problem.

For a list of compatible browsers, please refer to our browser compatibility chart, located on our Site Info page:

http://www.vendio.com/help/sitemap.html

Our site indicates that Mac users would need to upgrade to IE version 5.5, however, the latest version of IE for the Mac is 5.2.3. Upgrading to this version should help (although note, Internet Explorer is generally not considered the optimal browser to use with Mac systems, due to Microsoft's focus on the Windows platform and limited support for the Mac OS.) An upgrade is available for download here:

http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/internetexplorer.html

Also note, using Mozilla, or Firefox for Mac systems should help as our site is compatible with all versions of these browsers.

To download Mozilla, refer to this URL:

http://www.mozilla.org/products/mozilla1.x/

To download FireFox, refer to this URL:

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/releases/0.10.html#download

Note that the Mozilla browsers are free, and feedback from Mac users has been very good.

Regards,
Christopher

Christoper - you aren't compatible with Safari...I had a different moderator tell me this in another thread when I couldn't edit my listings using the new inventory edition. I had to download Netscape (IE didn't work either)

ihula, thanks for the note, I removed Safari from the list. It does work on some users systems, but not all unfortunately.

Internet Explorer should work, but it has to be the most recent version.

lthor17 - You are currently running the 5.0 version. Here are the more recent versions available (although I would still avoid IE for the Mac, as they will no longer be offering any updates to this program)

Internet Explorer 5.1.7 for Mac OS 8.1 to 9.x
Internet Explorer 5.2.3 for Mac OS X

Regards,
Christopher
