I have an issue when uploading photos since the changes. I upload up to the 50 images, and if that's all I need, I click on "done" and it wlll return me to the auction page I was doing. But if I have to upload more images, when I click on "done", it gives me a screen with a summary of all the images - or maybe ALL my images. When I've selected one and clicked on attach - it does not take me to the auction I was on like it used to in the old days. And I have no idea what to do after that. So I've had to just click on Sales Manager and re-enter my pending auctions to attach it from scratch. Also, what's with moving the "schedule" button way over to the left of the screen? It was fine where it was.

Hello,

When you need to leave the listing page for the item you are working on, to upload pictures for that auction and click done, it will take you back to the listing page.

You are correct however, in that if you upload 50 images, then need to upload more for the item you are working on, it will not take you back to the listing page.

If you are going to be listing an item with this many images, you should do so prior to creating the ad, so you can simply attach them when you get to the listing page.

Since you are running Windows XP, you could also use our bulk uploading tool so you can do them all at once instead of using the browse buttons over and over.

To download Vendio XPress Image Publisher, please use this URL:

You will find more information about the application on this page as well.
Regards,
Christopher

Christopher:

I'm not trying to attach 50 or more images to my ad!!! And if it's under 50 images I'm doing and click "done", it does not attach any of them to my listing. It just brings you back to the listing you were working on, so you could choose an image and attach. But if I need to upload more than 50 images in that sitting, it will not take me back to my listing. Why not? That's my point. I'm penalized for uploading more than 50 images. When I click "done" whether I upload 5 or 100, I should be sent back to the listing I was working on. I'm trying to point out a flaw in this system.

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have passed your comments along for review.

If you get a chance, check out that XP uploading tool. When your going to be uploading a number of images at once, it will cut the time required to select/upload your images by more than half.

Regards,
Christopher
