Hi. I have not kept up with all the changes and today I noticed on my credit card that my Vendio amount is much bigger than it used to be. I think I need to change plans but I went to the pricing Plans and am really confused. I am in the Pay As You Go and I think I need to switch to the Annual. I keep a lot of images on for relists so I need the plan that will give me the most Image Hosting. I don't use any of the services except image hosting, listing, and scheduling. Does the Annual Plan include unlimited Image Hosing? With the Annual Plan are there other charges? Please help!

Since I wrote this I have checked out other questions and answers on this forum. But I am still confused. When you archive listings can those images be deleted at the same time? Is there an easy way to do that - can I just delete rather than archive? I definately have to get my stored image space down.

Hello mommoo,

Archiving an item does not automatically remove the image. You would need to go to image hosting and delete the images (and empty the Recycle Bin) to eliminate images you don't need and don't want to be charged for.

None of the Sales Manager plans (including the Annual plan) "include" image hosting any more - what you need to do is sign up for both an Image Hosting plan and a Sales Manager plan. That said, Image Hosting can still be free for Sales Manager users because your Sales Manager fees will work to offset any Image Hosting fees on your account. As long as your image usage is in line with your listing activity, you should really see no additional Image Hosting fees as long as you use Sales Manager to list/relist.

ALSO - I wanted to point out that if you delete images and your storage is down to a level that would allow you to shift to a lower-price plan, you have to adjust the plan selection yourself under My Account -> My Service Plans.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more clarification.

Thanks,

Diana
