We are required to charge tax to those customers residing in our state.
Often tax gets added to customers not in our state, why does this happen?

Hello,
Buyers are to enter in the sales tax if it pertains to them, per your directions. It sounds like your customers aren't reading carefully if they are applying tax to items.
The tax feature will be changing soon, so that it is more efficient.

Thank goodness - I've been eating the tax all year as if they live in Florida they always add a penny or something like that.
