It's been weeks since I've used Vendio and I see there have been many changes. I'm currently unable to see the "view options" block when I click on it in image hosting - same with "search" feature. All that comes up is an empty white box.
As this is the first step to re-organizing everything before I can start listing again I am quite frustrated. Please help.

Have you made any changes to your computer lately? Added any proxy servers, browser plug-ins, anti-Virus softwares?
The block you can't see uses newer dynamic HTML and this feature can be affected by the above software changes on your computer.
Best Regards,

Hello Darin,
No - I have not made any new changes. I am working on a mac however and upgrade the security software as needed - this has not been a conflict before - I'm hoping that it is not a conflict now.

It appears that all of the boxes that should be showing me further information are empty. This has rendered the entire vendio system useless to me. Please let me know ASAP what can be done to correct this. I'm at a complete standstill until this is resolved.

Hello,
If you are using IE for the Mac, please use another browser (such as Safari, Firefox, or Mozilla). IE for the Mac only goes up to version 5.2, since Microsoft has stopped upgrading the Mac version. The supported versions of IE on Vendio are versions 5.5 and up so you will likely experience several problems navigating through Vendio (and a lot of other websites) on IE 5.2.
If you continue to have trouble on fully supported browsers, please let us know. You may view a list of supported browsers here.
Regards,
Sonya

Thank you Sonya - using Safari seems to do the trick.
My next question is how do I get my images to sort alphabetically within the folders?

Hi Planejane,
The default for the new Image Hosting sort order is by last viewed date, however, there are several different sorting options now. You may sort by Filename, Expiration Date, Last Viewed, Upload Date, and Size. To change the sort type, just click column title link corresponding with the sort you prefer. All sort options can be set ascending or descending (you will see a small arrow icon that will indicate which sort option is being used and the direction of the sort.)
For example, to sort alphabetically, just click the Filename link. If the arrow is pointing upward, filenames with lower character values (a, b, c, etc.) will appear at the beginning of the list after numerical filenames.
