After a day or so I send out my WBN's, I either get e-mails asking for payment total and address or no response at all. One customer found the WBN in her spam folder. How do I get the WBN's to my customer's in-box? Thanks!

Well, the spam guards aren't something you can contorl. The customers would have to grant your email addresss access which is tough to do when it's the first time dealing with them.
One thing you can do is personalize the WBN as much as possible to make the email feel less generic. Spam filters look for that generic email as a first line of defense against spam.
