Auction 5586082293 sold for eBay stores yesterday but I cannot find it either active or closed.
Can you help.

Hi there,
I've checked our database, and this item does not exist in our system.
This problem may be due to a few different scenarios, which are outlined below:
1. The item(s) were relisted on eBay directly. Note that items must laumch through Sales Manager to be retained in our system.
2. The item was deleted from Sales Manager.
3. The item(s) are Second Chance Offers. Currently, Vendio does not offer support for Second Chance Offers, but we will be adding support for this feature in the near future.
4. Your items did launch, but appear in pending with an error that says "verification of launch not received". This means that the items did launch through the eBay API, but eBay did not return enough information for us to verify the launch so they were not recorded in Sales Manager.
To resolve the problem for the above scenarios, you should be able to use the "Track" function in Sales Manager to import the item. You will find this option in the left navigation bar in Sales Manager.
5. You have active multiple item fixed-price listings and/or Dutch listings on eBay, and the item is not appearing in your closed list. In this case, take the following steps:
- Locate the item in Active listings in Sales Manager (you may need to choose the "All Active" view in the Sales Manager menu.)
- Click the check-box next to the active listing, then click the grey "Refresh" button at the top of the page (under the "Jump to" menu.)
- Wait approximately 5 minutes, then go back to your Sales Manager control panel. The sold listing should now appear in your closed section (if it doesn't, try clicking the refresh button on your browser toolbar.)
