I had a previous account with Vendio that I cancelled quite awhile ago. I just signed up again using a new user ID etc/ as instructed in the Wizard. When I attempted to set up the account for E-Bay, I got an error message that my E-bay selling ID is already associated with a Vendio account and it will not let me proceed with setting up a new account. The previous Vendio account is long closed so I do not understand this. It also said to contact customer service. How do I do this? Why can't I just set up a new account?

Hi there,
If you have an old account with your eBay ID stored in it already, we will need to move the ID manually for you. Please email us your eBay ID or post it here so that we can move the ID for you. This is done for security purposes.

Thank you for your response. I did e-mail customer service yesterday about making the changes but I have not had any response and I still cannot start using Vendio. Is there a phone number I can call for customer service. Time is money and I seem to be wasting a lot of time here.

Hello,
We have moved your eBay ID into your Vendio account. You will need to log in and go to My Account -> Auction Site Accounts and click the "edit" link next to your eBay ID. Click the "Go to eBay Signin" button. Sign in at eBay, and click the "Agree and Continue" button on the Vendio Services Authorization page. Once you have done this, you will receive confirmation that your account information was saved.
Please let us know if you have any trouble getting set up.
