When a customer clicks into the check-out, they're supposed to see a welcome message from me regarding their order, my guidelines, etc. before they start filling out the information. I followed one of my customers links to the check-out and the wording is GONE!! All it has is for them to enter their name, address, etc. WHAT HAPPENED?!? Please restore this feature. I explain vital things in my message. No wonder I've had so many problems lately.

Hi there,
We are currently investigating a problem that might have caused some post-sale messages to be reset. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an ETA for a fix. You might want to consider recreating the messaging yourself to resolve any resulting confusion as quickly as possible. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

The message is still in my custom text - I CHECKED! It's just not showing up when they click into the check-out!! There is nothing to "recreate!" Please make this a top priority! The first thing and only thing they see is boxes to input their name, address, etc. Very cold. And confusing. PLEASE FIX!!
