Four auctions closed last night from 0931-0932pm. I have received eBay notifcations, and the Post Sale Management page SAYS that WBNs went out (the first block is filled) but I have not yet received my copies of the WBNs.

Hello,

Who do you use as your email provider and who is your ISP? I would check the bulk mail folders in your email account to see if they went there. Have you gotten other WBNs since?

Been using outlook express and Roadrunner and have had no problems with any WBNS or emails up to last night.

I USED to have this same problem on and off when I was in Illinois and used Charter, e.g. the post sale page said the WBN went out, but I never received them.

I am about to go and manuall resend a WBN and see if it comes in. I will let you know.

Manual resend of WBN did not get to me, nor did WBN for auction that closed last night. I do still get eBay notifications and have not changed anything.

Will try to check and see if my ISP put some new filter in....don't have any other explanation.

Hi.

As of today, problem still existst: not getting my copy of WBN.

Just realized (and maybe just a strange coincidence?) but my problems started the day I downloaded the new version of Sales Manager Pro.....

Hi Jaymark9,

I'm not sure what could be causing this. I did double check your setting and it is set properly.

Did you check your SPAM filters to see if the email was sent? It would be helpful to know for sure whether the problem was that they were not sent or that they were not received properly. Could you check your SPAM and Suspect folders to see if they are there?

Nothing in my outlook express is blocking/deleting the WBNs.

I did nothing (besides update to the new SMP) before the problem started. I assume the WBNs are still getting to the buyers as they are responding...just not getting my copies.

Did anyone contact Roadrunner (see previous post)?

I still am not getting copies of WBNs.

I would really like to get to the bottom of this as the Post Sale feature is really the main reason I use Vendio. I can get most if not all of Vendios features through a combination of eBay and PayPal FREE functions.

Has anyone at Vendio been in contact with Roadrunner as requested by RR in previous email??

STILL NOT GETTING MY COPY OF WBNS. HELP. TODAY I WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT BUYERS ARE GETTING THEIR COPY AS ONE BUYER FORWARDED ME THEIR COPY OF THE WBN. I HAVE AGAIN CONTACTED ROAD RUNNER. THEY ARE CONVINCED THE PROBLEM IS WITH VENDIO...SEE COPY OF CHAT TRANSCRIPT BELOW. PLEASE I NEED SOMEONE TO LOOK INTO THIS.

jasonh: Unfortunately if email is not able to be delivered to your account there will be a returned error message.
jasonh: If you are receiving email normally except from this provider then there is little we can do without an error message.
jasonh: If Road Runner is blocking them due to spam, the returned error will say so and then can be directed to [email protected] with the full error message and header information. This will need to be done by the administrator of the domain trying to send you email.
jasonh: They can then work with the security department to remove them from the mail block list.
