Is is possible to open more than 1 photo at a time? It is so time consumming to open only 1 photo at a time. I know that I can upload 50 at a time but getting to that point is the issue that I have. Also, do I always have to resize the images before opening them or it the re-sizing automatic?

Thank you.

Hello,

If you are uploading online, you can only do 50 at a time. Are you using Windows XP? We have an XPress Image Publisher that will allow you to publish a folder of images to Vendio. Please see the following for more information:

Thank you for the prompt response but I have tried to download X-Press Publishing but it does not seem to be downloaded as I do not get the screen/box with the "Web Publishing" or "Welcome." Any suggestions?

Sorry but I forgot to add that I have a phoyo that I cannot upload because I get a error message that it exceeds 500KB. My photo editor says that it is 300x248. What should I resize this down to?

Thank you

I have the same question but I use Windows ME.
I have just uploaded over 90 photos and it is so time consuming to open file click and after a few it is "Open file..scroll down and click"

I was thinking of posting here to see if I was missing a step somewhere but it seems that unless I use XP ( which I don't want to do) I am stuck with the "open amd click" routine.

Is that correct or am I still missing something?

Hi there,

auntyflea,

The dimensions of the image really don't mean anything - it's more the image density that causes it to be large in kilobytes. You should look for a "resize" option in your image editor, rather than use the crop function to change the image size. The image editor should also tell you how big the image is in kilobytes.

Also, the XPress Publisher is not really a program, so you won't get any welcome message when you install it. Just follow the directions on the page:

http://www.vendio.com/my/client/publisher.html

otteropp,

Unfortunately, the XPress Publisher will only work with Windows XP. You could download Sales Manager Pro, and use that to upload images in bulk. It is not necessary to create your listings in Pro if you are only using it to upload images.

Thanks,

Diana
