Please inform ebay that the new addition of "Get It Fast" is causing problems with our fixed price shipping costs in item description. The shipping cost is still listed on the search page, however, when the item is opened, the shipping cost is no longer listed at the top of the page below the item price. In its place is: "Shipping Costs: "not specified" the buyer has to go down to the bottom of the description to find the shipping costs. The shipping costs were there yesterday - gone today. I do hope this can be fixed.

item # 7201282077 is a good example.

I am getting the same problem on most of my auctions, and store items (many of which have been listed on GTC for 30 days).

mine too - is this ebay system wide or just with Vendio users?

Hello,

I did some investigation on this and it looks like a glitch on the eBay side. We recommend you contact eBay.

Sonya, Thank you for the information.

Apparently this affects more than my items. Could Vendio contact ebay for us? I would think that contact from Vendio would bear more weight than a few of us doing it. A Vendio contact might be taken more seriously.

Sonia - It looks like ebay has added a box to check in their listing form that has not been implemented yet by Vendio. Are you sure the listing data Vendio is sending still fits in the right places in ebay? Perhaps that is the reason for the "not specified" ????
For Sellers
Now you can market your items that you can ship fast to the buyers who need items fast. To make sure your items appear in Get It Fast searches, set the new “domestic handling time” field to one day. (This means that you commit to shipping the item within one business day after you receive cleared payment.) You’ll also need to select an overnight shipping method (although the buyer can still choose any other shipping method you offer), andcheck the “Get It Fast” checkbox in the Sell Your Item form, or within Turbo Lister.

Do we really need to get with ebay or do your developers???

I just did a pretend listing on ebay's SYI form and couldn't find any boxes about "get it now" or whatever this "enhancement" is called. Maybe ebay jumped the gun in getting this out ?? I'd think you at Vendio would be in a better position to know about this than we are and could tell us what needs to be done.

It appears that any seller who chooses Priority Mail or Express Mail will have the estimated delivery times shown along side the selection. In fact the estimated delivery time is shown along side First Class Mail. I normally list all my shipping with flat rate prices for FC, PM, EM, and Global Priority. The estimated delivery times are appearing by each type of shipping. All of my listings (even those that have been there for months) have been changed because I only list FP at auction or ebay store.

This may be the problem. Apparently when they made the addition, some code did not match. I sure hope they fix the problem.

I am really not concerned about the projected delivery times being shown. I had not planned to join in the "Get It Fast" program, because of the time needed to change the store listings. Apparently ebay decided to help us out and updated all FP listings without informing us.

I agree that this is a Vendio issue and they should be working right at this minute to solve the problem. For a Vendio representative to advise us to get in touch with ebay is...well, they should be reported to their supervisor. We pay for this service- make it work!

Has Vendio made contact with ebay about our reported problem?

I haven't contacted ebay about the problem, because I do not want to hear about my need to clean out my cache, or something similar.

Mine are fixed today but my sister has a horror show going on with many items today showing "PICKUP only" (she uses Vendio to list) ...I hope she posts about the problem but she is SO freaked out and SO busy revising..she NEVER indicated "Pick up only" as a shipping option!!

ED: She did post about this problem in another thread (Pixiamom)
