I am currently trying to re-tool my WBN email to include things that were in my Welcome message (which no longer is seen). One thing I don't understand is why it appears so chopped up. I looked at one of the copies that was sent to me and it would look something like this:
word word
word word word word word
word
word word word word word word word word word
That might represent just one sentence that would occupy maybe two lines, but has turned into four. Please tell me why this is happening and how to correct it so it looks better.
It looks like your WBN text is keeping the carraige returns that were inserted within the text the first time you had it formatted. You can get around it by putting your cursor at the beginning of each line, hitting backspace, then hitting the space bar (this is somewhat hard to explain, let me know if you aren't sure of what I'm saying).
