Sixteen of my pictures uploaded November 15 have totally disappeared. They were in Vendio when I listed online November 15 and I did not delete them or archive them. None of this batch sold (wonder why?) even though I had very good store sales November 22. I found out about the missing pix when I went in to relist through eBay. Luckily, I found the folder and have uploaded it again. I have just about had it! Who do I ask for a Vendio refund/credit for all the garbage I've had to deal with in November and December?

Hello PIXIAMOM,
The system didn't delete your images automatically as it wouldn't be within your prefernces timeframe, so someone with access to your account would have to of deleted these images manually.
You can get a good idea of when (to at least help see when during the duration of the listing itself they may have gone missing, and therefor how much effect it would have had on the listings themselves) they were deleted by going to your recycle bin in the image hosting section.
The recycle bin will show you all images that have been deleted (manually and otherwise) within the past two weeks, unless someone has manually purged/cleared the recycle bin as well.
Chances are if the images were missing during the actual duration of the listings a number of users would have emailed you asking where the images were, or at least to let you know they were missing. This should also help you determine when they went missing, if it was during the duration of the listings.
As for any refund request, that would be the billing department. You can use the Customer Service link at the bottom of any Vendio page to email the billing department directly.

I did check my recycle bin, they aren't there but pix I had deleted earlier are, so I know they weren't purged. They just disappeared!
