I know I have lots of auctions that I have not recieved feedback from. Why is the awaiting feedback feature not working?

Hello,

I checked your Closed Listings and it does appear that you are getting feedback left for you. Are there any items there that have feedback left for you on eBay, but step 9 isn't recorded? If there are, please let us know the item numbers.

Hello,

I do not see any feedback left for you from these customers. When they leave you feedback, step 9 should shade blue.

Did you have any other items we can look at?
