Tom, just saw your id somewhere as a very big seller? Anyway , if you come up with the answer we would love to know. Many of our buyers are confused with the ebay checkout and vendio's.

Thanks for the compliment, but it's just that I used to sell many, many postcards (and hope to again). But I'm not even a Power Seller.
I don't know the answer as to whether we MUST, or SHOULD send Vendio WBNs in additional to eBay's, but like you said, hopefully someone -- maybe a support person -- will jump in here and clarify the issue.
We don't need confused buyers! As a seller I'm already confused enough!

Hi there,
As always we welcome your questions. You are right, that there is duplication in having 2 separate WBN's sent to your buyers, but you do have a choice-Vendio Post Sale does not require you to have a WBN sent out through us, we just provide you the ability to do so. You can view your Post Sale options by going to My Account-> Post Sale Management Preferences.

Tom- I list through Vendio and use a combination of Vendio/PayPal/ebay to ship.
I only send out ebay's invoice (this is done manually and not automatically as Vendio's are). My buyers do not complete Vendio checkout. I have PayPal feed payment information to Vendio and I start using Vendio post-sale when I ship. However, PayPal cannot communicate combined payments to Vendio for some reason. I download my completed payments from PayPal and ship from that. I have to process checks manually.

I don't know why Vendio can't do this - they have NEVER been able to do it. It happens when people pay for all items at one time (I require that for combined shipping) and NONE (as in NOT ONE) of the items shows "paid" in Vendio. No one else complains about it (maybe they do show as paid if you use Vendio checkout???) so they don't do anything about it.

Yes, this needs to be resolved -- it's a "deal-breaker" for me, since lots of postcard buyers will select more than one item and pay for all at one time.
I'm glad this came up, because it would be really bad to send out "Where's your payment?" emails just because the combined payment was never sent from PayPal to Vendio!
If Vendio can't resolve this, I guess I'll have to move on.

Sonya - if you look at all the combined orders in my post-sale, 99% of them are ones that did not show ANY payment received through PayPal (the rest are ones I combined when processing checks). There is one I tried today (ORDER 833675756 ) by editing Step 2 in post-sale to see if the PayPal payment would post when it came in - it didn't work .
