i have the same error
at least we know it's our fault .
they will correct it sooner enough

Having the same problem, at noon Sunday EST. Posted on Sales Pro thread too. No answer yet. Had a problem last week where all my Notifications to me came a week late and yesterday vendio sent out 5 WBN's for one item.

same problem continues, customers are requesting checkout information.
What do you propose I tell them, Vendio (the management service I rely on} is unrealiable

not only the wbn is not working but getting information frm paypal that the item was paid for and the checkout info is also not working.

We have the same problem.

Hi,
I just got this message when sending the WBN for order #ORDER 834805654:
"WBN was NOT sent:SMTP error: it was not possible to read line from socket"
I see that this was previously addressed here as solved.
Please advise.

I did try it again a few hours later and did not get the error, so maybe it was just a gremlin.
