I am not getting the "end of item" emails from ebay, and the "Payment received" emails from Paypal. Unless... it comes 7 to 12 hours late. Or it doesn't come for a day, maybe longer. I have been having this problem all weekend, and it continues today. In checking the headers, the holdup seems to be at Vendio. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Sonya, I have sent you one of the headers. If you would like to see more, I'll look up some more. Also, I've added that I haven't got a single "End of Item" email tonight, nor "Payment Received" from Paypal. Thanks!

Here it is Tuesday, and I'm just now picking up my emails from Monday. Am I going to have to wait until Wednesday to pick up tonight's emails? This is crazy!

Well, the Vendio bill came today. Even had a "Checkout Complete". Still have not gotten the "End of Item" and any "Listing Confirmed" emails from Tuesday, and I think some from Monday are still missing. Maybe I should lose the "mailstep" address and go back to using my own.

Sorry for the confusion, I don't think Sonya knew you were using the old Mailstep redirect system still.
The mailstep forwarding system was setup a while back to aid in getting eBay notifications for 'buy it now' purchases. This is no longer needed and we have been working for some time trying to phase out of it completely (once we can confirm all previous users have finally switched out of this forwarding system.)
I did some digging over at eBay and it does look like they are having a lot of trouble with sellers getting their sold item and end of auction notices properly.
Check this thread over at the eBay message boards for more information. There does appear to be a number of other users running into the same issue as you have with these missing notices.

Hey, guys! Just giving you an update. I dropped the "mailstep" address today, (Wednesday), and got every single email in a matter of minutes after the listings started and ended. Still missing previous emails, but am happy now.
