Hi, we sale watches and we have about 600 different style watches listed on e bay we get anywhere from 90 to 150 e mails daily buyers asking questions .
Most common question will be has my item been shipped yet?
Do you have this item in different color and they also ask all the time I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU SHIPPED MY ITEM TO THIS ADDRESS .
Now when we ship the items they get e mail from us vendio with the tracking number and they also get e mail from endicia with tracking number.
My question is what you do how you handle it if every time you turn around and there is 25 e new e mails in your mail box.
During my busiest time of the year last week I decided not to answer e mails and just delete theme all every day so i can keep up with shipping and order new product.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS DO.

I would put an automatic reply on your email that states due to the Xmas rush, you are unable to respond to individual emails, that all will receive notification when their product ships, thank them for their understanding and wish them a properous New Year!
