I have another vendio account for consignments that I have seldom used in the past. I inadvertently let the CC info. for that account expire.

So...of course I get the "your account has been temporarily closed because...", so I put the updated CC info. in and wait, and wait...and wait. It's been over a week, 2 emails to customer service and still no response. When I logon to that account, it says I have new mail but I can't get to it because my vendio account is temporarily closed.

Why oh why can't I get someone to respond?

How do I resolve this matter?
