I am editing 1,000 unsold items to put in my store from the reduced listing fee day. As you know VENDIO STILL DOES NOT HAVE A BULK RELISTER so I have to edit these 1,000 item by item. I do this in "PENDING" because the relaunch utility is totally unworkable for this application. After I launch an item, I press the "continue" button at the bottom of the page and instead of being returned to the page I am working on, I get returned to the first page of "PEnding". This happens exactly every other time - one time it goes to the right page and the next to the first page. This may seem minor, but when you are working with 1,000 items ONE BY ONE as I am forced to do it is a HUGE time waster.

Hello Neglus,

I am sorry to hear about this issue -- I can see how that would be a pain for you to deal with. When did this start happening to you? I am looking into this as I've seen another similar issue with another customer.

Regarding relisting and changing formats to eBay store -- if you were on SMIE, it would be really easy to do, but unfortunately in SMME it is a manual process and I do not know if this will be changed anytime soon.

Regards,

Sonya

This morning is the first time I've noticed it. Too bad the Inventory Edition is supposed to be used by people listing the same item over and over - would it work for my pc's? It looks like it's hard to learn and I can't afford to waste the learning time if it won't work. What all can be edited when moving items to ebay store? Would all of my postcards be held in inventory? Wouldn't that be kind of messy? DO items disappear from inventory when quantity is zero?

Hi neglus,

The best way to get a feel for SMIE is to go through the audio-visual walkthrough, available on the Help page:

http://www.vendio.com/service/

If you are selling multiples of the same items, SMIE may be a better solution for you than your current SM version. Please take a look, and let us know if you have additional questions.

I am not selling multiples of the same item. I have looked at the walkthrough and even downloaded the WHOLE manual but decided the learning curve was too high for something that probably wouldn't fit my business.

Do you mean to tell me that no changes are planned for SMME?? Are you putting all development budget in SMIE?? What is the % of users for SMME vs SMIE??

Hello Neglus,

You've misread our posts -- we never said no changes were coming for SMME. We suggested SMIE because for what you want to do, you can do it easily in SMIE right away. We fully support SMME but we cannot promise that this option is going to be available soon. That is why we recommended you check out SMIE, if it is a real showstopper for you.

I do not have any data like that for SMME and SMIE onhand, but I can try to get information for you if you really would like to know the percentages.

Regards,

Sonya
