I've been on Vendio since it was Auctionwatch. I just got DSL and everything is blazing fast EXCEPT creating auctions on Vendio. Can anyone help me speed up this process? I really like Vendio, but there is no way I can wait so long for my cursor to come back.
Where are you running into the slowness, specifically? We have not changed or done anything that would have created slowness. Are you connecting up to the internet using AOL?

Yes, I am connecting to the internet using AOL, but I've always done this. With the change to DSL I expected a faster page. I am faster everywhere except for Vendio. It is particularly slow when I try to create a new item. But, even when I try to edit a pending item, I'm running into problems. The only thing I've changed is adding the automatic calculated shipping. I would like to take the automatic shipping off now, but I can't seem to find a way to do that. Can you help with either problem?

beman - Here's a idea that may cure your problem. Have you ever used SMPro? I to was playing the slowness blues (due to connection speed and not vendio) and thought I would give SMPro a try. It's basically the same as SMME except you create all your listing's offline, attach pictures the whole nine yards. Then upload everything to vendio in batch's. It has been one of the best decisions I have made in a while. I also like the fact that while I am uploading the batch's I can still be on vendio doing other thing's in my account. It might be worth a try and you (like me) may actually get to like SMPro better than SMME.
