I can't figure out how to center custom template so that it displays in the middle of the page. So for example, when I create a template and use "right and two on top" for images, the images on the right run off the screen unless you scroll to the right. If I select, "left and two on top" then the text runs off the screen and you have to scroll right to read the entire description. All of my templates were fine until one day something mysterious happened and now I can't get that format to be centered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

Do you have an example we can look at? This can happen if you are using HTML that stretches out the item description box.

Hello and thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately, I have had to resort to using other formats which I'm not happy with because of this problem......so the only auction I have posted that would come close to showing the problem is 6243693164. I have many saved templates in my account. Is there any way for you to take a look at those. Thank you!

Hello,

Right under where it says "BID WITH CONFIDENCE!! Please be assured that we deal and trade with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. CHECK our outstanding POWERSELLER feedback!!" you are using a line that will change when the browser window is big or small. That could be one reason it is stretching it out for you -- although for myself, it is not doing it.

The templates that use one image on top ad two on the right are more likely to cause the problem you are experiencing, but if you adjust your HTML accordingly in the item description box, they are less likely to be a problem. I cannot tell from your existing templates if there is a problem -- if you run into this on an auction, let us know so we can review it.

Regards,

Sonya
