I have had this same problem yesterday and now today.
While changing prices, in listing, prior to launching to eBay store, when i hit save the page does not reload. Instead, i get this message:
[ MakeRequest READ_FAILED..Internal error: FAST server failed to respond ]
Error occured while loading/initializing data. Unable to process inv item.
Sometimes i have to save twice, before it saves the fixed price I'm looking for, but the page never reloads. I am able to work with my listings but there is a glitch and this is time consuming.

I have not seen this glitch in a while:
The venue ebay has possibly returned the following message:
Error 107: Category is invalid.
The category you have selected is invalid. Please go back and select another category.
One out of 6 identical items of different sizes. One returned this error message in my pending box.
This item did go to eBay but it is not in my Vendio inventory in a way that it will give me post sale management in Vendio.
Now the only thing i can do is import listings for one item, which will create another set of problems, with my photo inventory. For every image that eBay has added a tag to, i will receive a duplicate image in my image inventory.
Now this means, that if i am close enough to the next storage level for images, i will get pushed up in it. Then i have to go through all images and delete all duplicates. And i still will have to pay for the next higher image storage level.
My image storage level is not that close but, it is the point, that this could happen.
