I decided to subscribe to a new SMPro account with another ebay name. I'll be using it on a computer that I used to list with and it has an old version of SMPro. So, I deleted the old version, signed into Vendio with my new account name, and downloaded the new program. Now all my old pictures and batches are still present. I'm not sure which name I'm signed under and I don't want to mess up my other account by synching this program that is supposed to be under the new name? Why is this happening? What do I do?
It does sound as though you are logged into your previous account rather than the new one.
If you need both, stop, as you will need to install it in a specific way to get them both to work properly. (we can email you the directions, just let us know)
If you just want to setup the program to point to your new ID, click the 'preferences' button along the left side of the SMPro window.
First, this will tell you which copy your in right now. Next, if you want, you can click the 'change' button to switch which account this SMPro is setup to manage.
DONT change it if you want to switch back and forth between the two as you will lose information in the process. In this case you will want to install a second copy of the program - just reply back and let us know and we'll email you the directions.
