Help! I have item #96429161 which was sold at Yahoo lying dead in the closed file. I refreshed it, jumped on it, swore at it, all to no avail. Could you please free it from bondage and send it to my post sale file. Thanks.

It looks like the item finally moved to closed. I am not sure why it took so long, but it could have been due to a temporary technical problem on Yahoo.

Hi Diana,

The item is still stuck in closed. Is there anyway you can free it so the sale is moved to Post Sale?

I apologize - I didn't realize you were waiting for post-sale keys. We have a bug logged on this now, but it looks like Yahoo changed something. I would recommend handling this one manually while we look into the issue. Sorry about that...
