I have comlained about this before and it is really starting to get extra bad. I never know when a 2nd chance item has sold because they never appear into my PSM, they don't even show up in "Closed", so, as usual, once I get an agry email from an ignored buyer, I have to do an "Import" auction, then refresh for about 1/2 hour to get them even into "Closed" then have to go to PSM and refresh a bunch more times there to get them to show up. I did this just yesterday for a few that didn't show up in PSM, got them finally into PSM and just now I inadvertently stumbled onto an auction in "Closed" that closed back on FEBRUARY 3rd!!!!!!!!! THAT STILL HAD NOT IMPORTED OVER FROM WHEN I JUMPED THRU ALL THE HOOPS YESTERDAY TO GET ALL THE OTHERS TO GET INTO PSM & is finally NOW showing up!! So I have to email the customer, apologize, feel like an idiot, they are pissed - WHAT'S GOING ON VENDIO???? Not only are you not fixing a constant serious problem, but the work-around you suggest isn't working anymore either!!
ALSO---NOW the shipping and payment options aren't even in the WBN's for 2nd Chance offers!! Sometimes I get a red text warning me to add them in before sending the WBN,which I shouldn't have to do to begn with, but that is inconsistent so they often get sent without that info and then the buyer is REALLY frustrated!! - PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!!! NO MORE "We'll get the technician to take a look..." bit.

Sorry for the confusion. We don't actually support second chance offers right now, so the process is a manual one and does require workarounds to get the items into the system.
Since you have to import a second chance offer there is no shipping/payment options, as the second chance offer itself didn't originate from Vendio. (which it cannot, until we offer support for the feature.)
We will post announcements when we are able to support the second chance offer feature.
