I would like to know how do I go about keeping my photos I've attached to my items. I had some items that didn't sell a couple months ago and I am going back now to relist them to go in my eBay store but when I go into inventory to edit them, the pictures are gone. Also when I go back to upload them through inventory, I browse to get them and when I upload them, I'm not given the button to attach and add to gallery.

I found that when I had it in pending, if I click on the title of the item and go in and edit it that way, I am able to attach it and put it as a gallery.

I hope I make sense. I don't like having to reupload my images after it's been a long time.

Hello Jamie,

You can setup your images to purge after 90 days without use, then set them in the main image hosting page to 'renew once.'

This would reset the 90 day flag for an additional time period, so they would not be cleared until they went 90 days without use twice.

Or you could setup all of your images to automatically renew. Then you would just delete the ones you didnt need manually.

You can set this via the Preferences link along the left side of the Sales Manager page.
