Hello,
For the past week I have noticed that the number of active Vendio listings has been two less than the number of active listings shown on my eBay.
I was waiting to see if it was a case of lag time on GTC store items recycling on sales manager. But after a week, I would guess that this is not the case after all.

I do not know which auctions are missing.
I never launch listings through eBay, only through Vendio, and I do not recall doing any relists through eBay either.

Can you please see if you can figure it out?

Many thanks,
Susan

Hello Susan,

Triggering an import should help reconcile the difference in the numbers, if Vendio is missing items that eBay has.

It is possible that at some point there was an 'ambigious launch' error at eBay and we were unable to confirm the item was accepted by eBay - and as a result never tracked it into the Sales Manager.

Or perhaps you had a second chance offer that you created for someone recently?

Regards,
Christopher

No, no second choice offers.

If I hit import, will the function only read and import those auctions that are not already being tracked in Vendio? What actually happens?

I believe that one time last year I tried an import function and ended up with a lot of duplicates in my post sale unsold items folder. Resulted in more problems than it solved.
So I am a little hesitant to hit the import button.

Thanks,
Susan

Hello,

The import won't duplicate anything anywhere in your account. It will just grab any missing items and bring them into your account for you.

If however you happen to know the item numbers for the two listings, you could use the 'import/track' option and then click to 'track' instead. The track option allows you to import just a specific item number if needed.

The only side effect would be if you archive your listings manually, as the import process would bring items back into your account from the archives if they are less than 30 days old.

Christopher

Well I hit the import button last night and nothing changed; not even a move in the recently archived listing. Tried it again a bit later and still no change. There is still a 2 item difference.

????????????

Hello,

We sent another request to import your eBay listings for you, let us know if they appear.

I tried finding the 2 missing items but even by looking at the two lists I cannot locate the ones that are missing.

They are storefront listings that are missing if that helps at all. All 35 of your regular auction items are all in the Sales Manager already.

Christopher

No, they never showed up.

I finally had to do the side by side...was hoping to avoid doing that...found them and tracked them in.
Thanks for trying though; I guess being familiar with the items, made it a little easier to spot.

The numbers were 6535511031 and 6514977800.

Regards,
Susan
