I need to find out how I go about getting an item I ended in my eBay store and turned it into an auction item through eBay, it is not showing up in my current listings through Vendio. It is showing that the eBay store item ended but turning that item into an auction item is not showing up in active listings. Do I have the ability to import it over from eBay to show up in my active listings? It seems that I've read somewhere that I can, but I don't know how to do it. It's the Pentax Hv3 camera I have. Thanks for any help.

You should be able to go to Vendio control panel, on the left hand side tool bar you will see track/import. Click this and sellect import your ebay auctions. Sometimes this works, sometimes not. I have found however that if you only have one auction to import I use the track function. Click to track a auction and enter the ebay auction number and it should import the listing. The track function usually works for me.
