Hello~ I am probably overlooking this somehow but I am listing items into my ebay store and would love to be able to check BEST OFFER but I can't find it in the templete and have to go into ebay and revise each auction. Is it there somewhere and I am just missing it? Thanks!

Hello,

Your not missing it, we haven't begun support for this feature as of yet. Currently you would need to edit the item once active to add that option.

Hi Christopher,

You all have been saying for weeks and months that Best Offer was in the works. Do you have any idea when you will get around to launching this feature? It will be very very helpful to those of us who have stores.

Thank you for your time.

when it comes to getting anything done here at Vendio you can expect your retirement benefits before it happens.

I have personally spoken with the staff on this subject and even though the reasons given sound valid and are well thought out, they are in my opinion just that you will get it when we want to give it to you.

It has in the last year and half been the mode of operation here at Vendio. I do not blame the customer service staff as they are the front lines on this malaise.

In the previous years that I had a regular position of management in a major service operations we,"the professionals" were
E-X-P-E-C-T-E-D
to look ahead and be ready for the changes than came down the pike.

Actually we would be fired as a management company if we would give reasons for lack of service for these things a year after it came into play.

On another post here today a poster asked about the expansion of categories in the ebay stores. IT WAS IN THE LETTER FROM BILL COBB WITH THE PRICE INCREASES.

I understand that this will be a major thing to get done but don't act like you never heard it. If you can pin a problem on an e-bay glitch you will be posting it here as fast as you can type it, so you read the posts there like every one else does.

Pro action not reaction.

We have to spend more time working around these lazy reactions to e-bay changes and we spend hours re doing our work day in and day out.

I came here tonight to ask about a problem in my check out and I just say what the H and give up. When I saw this best offer thing dragging on and on.

for example here is a possible solution to your problem..

To the persons who have a store on e-bay if you go to your "my ebay" then go to the active listings (start at the end) you will see blocks in front of the items in your store. On the right click the items you want to offer best offer with.

Then at the bottom or top of that page you will see an edit button (a few in from the right) click that and in a few seconds you will get these items up on a change screen.

There you will find the best offer selection. you can do about 15 to 20 at a time. any more and the system may over load for you.

The only problem with this is that when the listing closes on re-list you will need to do it over as the Vendio system will not recognize the change so you have to do it all over again.

It is great way to move items out of your store.

Also the checkout system is very slow to recognize the sale so be patient.
thanks

Just wanted say, "Thank you, Roger!"

Never realized there was simpler and quicker way to do this than revising one item at a time.

I may just change a bunch of store items to Best Offers just for the fun of doing it in a group!

Thanks,
Susan
