I've been told time and time again that you guys aren't set up to do the 2nd Chance Offers yet, even though you've done them in the past (figure THAT one out!) but why aren't you even able to TRACK or IMPORT them into PSM when the actual item # is entered??? I have to do this over and over again sometimes over the course of a day or 2 and THEN even some don't get over into the PSM if I didn't specifically ask for an item # I know about and just did an "Import all" option!!! Just found another from 2/17 that I still can't get tracked into even "Closed", let alone PSM!!!!!!!!
PLEASE ADVISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

You will need to trigger an import while the second chance offer is still active, don't use the option to track by item number.

You will need to trigger the import prior to the buyer completing the sale, or it will be unable to import the listing in that case either.
