I tried to email billing through the help section and I got this message:

WARNING! Your message was NOT sent!
Please correct the following errors:
SMTP error 550 : User unknown in virtual alias table


Can someone please tell me why so I can correct it? I don't understand my bill and I am afraid to post anything until I get an answer to a couple of billing questions.

Hello,

There does appear to be an error in the email system at this time. Our IT team has been working on this and will continue to do so until corrected.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.

If there are any specific questions you would like to have addressed right now you can email me at [email protected].

Its not an email I usually check, but ill keep an eye out for a message from you.

If it isn't a sensitive issue, you can also post the question here and ill get the answer from someone in the billing department for you.

PS - the error with sending mail from the 'contact us' page has since been corrected.
