I am trying to email Vendio to cancel my account by going to the "contact us" and selecting the subject "account cancellation". My email has been returned back to me as "Undelivered Mail Return to Sender". I tried once again and selected a different subject "other" and the same thing happened. Could someone please contact me and help me to cancel my account. I hope this isn't going to be a difficult process. I am not sure why there isn't a easy way of just canceling one's account without emailing Vendio for instructions.

Hi there,
I am sorry about that. We were having some difficulty with the email system when you were trying to send your cancellation request. You should be able to send it now with no problem. I would cancel your account for you but I'm not sure if you want it cancelled NOW or if you want all services cancelled. Please let us know.
