I have an ebay store listing with an original quantity of 10 available items. My Vendio post-sale shows 6 sales but ebay shows two more sales on Feb 21 & 24 that do not show on Vendio. The item number is : 6595715625, If you click on "purchases" you can see the 8 listed there. Can you push them through so I can do post-sale on them and maybe try to figure out what happened? TIA

Hello neglus,
If this happens the best way to resolve it quickly is to go to "All Active", locate the item using the search, click the check-box next to the item, and click the Refresh button in Sales Manager. Generally this will trigger the closed items to split off within 10 - 15 minutes.
