Seems the Reviser program is not working for the last 24 hours+. I have had few troubles with it for the last few months but upon checking the summary of auctions revised the last ones were from yesterday at 5am.
The bulk edit does not work, or single edit, or 'active rules'. The auctions stay in 'pending' status and dont get editted.
I can manually edit auctions through eBay so the problem lies with Vendio it seems. Anyone else having troubles with Reviser?

Hello,
I don't see any other reports of Reviser not working right now, but I did look into your account. I see that a few say Error, but then the message seems to say that the operation intended was completed.
Can you give me a couple examples of specific items you wanted to edit, or items that did not revise when they were supposed to? This will help me diagnose the issue and provide examples for engineering if necessary.

Over 100 auctions did not edit thru the Reviser. Tried again now and still not working. Auction's (ended):
6608172298
4442402633
and ANY from auctions ended the 26th (over 100)!
Again the last auction editted witht he system was at 5.00am the 25th. Zero were done after that on the 25th or now the 26th thru the Reviser.
The 'error' listings are older ones. The ones I try to edit now stay as 'pending' then revert to error, but when you click 'error' to find out what is wrong, it does not show the auction has been editted at all.
Have your engineers try to edit any of my auctions using the reviser and they'll see the problem.

Thank you very much for the additional information. I looked into it and it does look to me to be a bug. I filed it with the engineering team and hope to hear something faily soon.

Same thing happened to me - I tried to revise price on several store items last night. I got confirmation that items would be revised but they show "pending" status this am and no revision has been made (no error message either).

Hello,
All items are currently being revised as usual according to your specified rules. Revisions that failed earlier will not be retried, however, items still meeting the specified revise criteria will be revised per your rules.
A system issue prevented Vendio Reviser from revising approximately 1,000 items. We apologize for this inconvenience and are currently identifying further methods to prevent any future revise failures.
