These 2 items were paid almost an hour ago, still no sign of payment in Post-Sale.

The other thread on this topic implied that all problems were fixed??

Hello,

Do you have the PayPal IPN setup already?

Or are these by chance pending e-checks and not instant payments? (if you do already have the paypal IPN in place)

I ran a few tests and the items were both marked as paid once the confirmation email came through from PayPal.

Yes, I have IPN set up. I haven't had a problem like this in the past.

The payments are not e-checks, Paypal shows the transaction as completed.

In case it matters, both items had the same buyer, who made a single payment to Paypal for both. The payment details show both items.

Hello,

That would be the cause of the error then, as we aren't setup at this time to track combined payments unfortunately.

While we will be offering support for this in the future, you would need to mark those particular items as paid manually.
