What do I have to say to get you to address this situation in a timely fashion. Are you trying to see how much I can take of the poor service you provide before I leave this service?
The only thing keeping me here is it would be to disruptive to my business to go elsewhere at this time. If I had some way to port my listings over I would be long gone but I'm sur you know that.
BTW I expect to be compensated for losses incurred by your picture server outage. It has not escaped my notice that you are in the process of negotiating privately with other clients. Bad form if you ask me.
We are aware of a latency currently with our Fixed Price system, and are checking into some possible causes. There are some changes being made currently to the system to get the site running a little faster and its possible this is having a side effect.
When we know more, we'll respond back to this or the most recent thread on the topic.

Same situation here...#7387993952 stuck in 'closing....' yet the buyer purchased another item at the same time and that one is already in post-sale. So I am sitting here, Paypal payment in hand for both items, yet I can not go any further with procesing the transaction. I am trying to pack and ship many items today and this is holding up the whole process.

Same here, multiple items stuck in closing from the same buyer and some of his purchases do not even show as closing. He bought 6 different store items and only 4 are showing stuck in closing, 2 don't even show that. What's up doc?
