My international customers are having a difficult or impossible problem when using the VENDIO checkout to complete our sale. I have received feedback such as: * No shipping option is available for some of the items. Please check whether the items are shipped to your country, and contact the seller for a quote, I've tried the Vendio Link but it seems it is without
the information for shipping, & After confirming the address the page says 'No shipping carrier has been selected. I have checked my shipping preferences several times but things seem to be in order. Please tell me what I am doing wrong so that I can end the frustrations. Thanks! "Dug"

No problem, just let us know which of the items in your account the buyer mentioned there were no shipping options listed for their area and we'll be happy to take a look for you.
I checked a few of your currently active items but those are setup properly to allow both domestic and international buyers to checkout.

The one that I am dealing with presently is Item number: 7592481133. He is in Auistralia & would like to ship via the Economy (Surface) Parcel Post option. Thanks for the quick reply! "Dug"

You will just want to edit the WBN on this one and enable the international shipping carrier section - then choose a carrier/cost from the list to offer them.
This is your current shipping options for this specific item :
Click on the PSM keys beside this listing, then use the first step to edit the WBN and check that box at the bottom for international shipping.
