Hello, anyone home. Buyer has bought 6 ebay store items, 4 are stuck in closing STILL and the other 2 don't even show that. I have refreshed so much that I think my finger is about to fall off. Is this never ending problem ever going to be fixed. It has been going on for a VERY LONG time.
What is the problem?
What is being done to fix it?
What is being done to prevent it from happening again?
I think all of us that use Vendio checkout would like answers to these questions. Not just the normal response of "We are investigating it.".
This is really begining to be a big hassle for me as I can not export shipping info to Endicia Dazzle if Vendio does not even show the sale.

Vendio, this is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed NOW!! The only advice I ever get is to refresh the page and wah-lah, it's supposed to solve the problem. Well, it doesn't. I've had some store items stuck in closing for hours and hours at a time. Ridiculous!
On Friday we did some optimization of the fixed-price splitter queue and this issue should be resolved. If your listings are still not being recognized as closed, please provide some item numbers so we can take a look.

If this was "fixed" on Friday, why did it take about an hour for 3 of my items to close today (Tuesday)? I'm thinking it's not fixed yet.
Technically its two sided. We are always hesitant to go into any possible causes outside of our own without confirmation - as it turns out there has been a large increase in the communication time it has been taking to get the transaction details from eBay through their API.
While typically we get these results within 1s, there has been large spikes in this delay within the past few weeks:
We have made some changes on our side to aid in this delay, and are also working with eBay to help track the source of the API delays.

Just read this thread.....may I suggest that you DO NOT use Vendio ( or eBay for that matter) for check-out!
I do not use either ( tell customers NOT to go to eBay check out on my auction page...) , and have very little trouble when a sale has been made. Ebay notifys me with a direct link from PayPal. Very easy to respond, or write directly to customer if need be.
I also DO NOT check the Vendio check out as I learned a few years ago that it only causes problems for my customers.
Hope this helps.

I was told to import the auction. I did that and it shows as unsold ,closed auction. Not as closed with a winning bidder. So the customer gets a partial invoice and I have to combine it by hand. Something is wrong!!! Susan

Hello Susan,
We just responded to the other thread where you mentioned this issue.
Note that when you trigger an import for an item that was deleted, the post sale keys will not appear instantly. We clicked to refresh this tracked item once and now the keys are there and available for you and the buyer to use in the checkout process.

I have two items stuck in closing, both are sold to the same buyer, and already paid for. How long might i have to wait for the items to close so i can combine and print a shipping invoice so i may ship these items.
It depends if the items even exist in your account currently. If you do a search and do not find them in the closed section, do a search through your active items to see if they are 'stuck' here.
If so, put a check beside them and click the refresh button.
If you do not locate them in the active list either, they are not in your account currently and you would need to use the track/import option to bring them into post sale.
