These two auctions sold in my store, and I wonder if I can get them into the sold list. This has happened several times now on my ebay stores items and I do not know how to fix all my auctions. Do I need to edit each auction? thanks for your help,Susan

They are showing up in the unsold items, but they ended with a winning bidder. I wonder why they do not appear as sold. thanks for your help,Susan

Hello,

We selected these two items in the closed section and used the 'refresh' button built into the page for you.

They are now moving into post sale, so you should be able to process them at this time.

Regards,
Christopher

Chris,

We shouldn't have to be checking our "unsold" list manually and comparing it to what really sold...That's what Vendio is for. What is causing this problem, and how often is it happening? Things like this really worry me, since I may not catch them myself, and may end up having an angry buyer on my hand who is unable to check out, or who I eventually find out has paid days ago, and I didn't know it because he's not in post-sale.

I have an item that closed with a sale last night (6613425218) that still can't be found ANYWHERE in Vendio.

I agree with Amanda, this is at least the fourth time it has happened to me and I want to prevent it happening in the future. Susan

Hello Amanda,

This item originated via SKU 'TL_2230 Fairy Wing Vase (ST)' - automatically launched on 03/13/2006 at 14:20:21.

Unfortunately from the 'at market' history for this item, it appears to have been an 'Ambiguous Launch' as its called.

We believe that the errors indicated in your account are related to some latency through the eBay API. Please check this URL for a graph that shows possible API latency:

http://www.vendio.com/ebay_api_stats.html

The error indicates that the listing may have been launched successfully, but we did not receive the notification back from eBay that would confirm the launch.

You may import the listings using "Import" in Sales Manager.

Regards,
Christopher

It happened again and I am getting really upset. Why should I bother to pay you for a system that does not work. I have to hunt down my sold auctions and import them by hand then I think I will just forget using you non functional system entirely. Find me auction number:8348866816. thank you, and angry Susan

This tracked item appears in your closed section. The original item was deleted from your account, but this tracked item is in the closed section and available for processing through the post sale tools.
