We have had the same issue as others. This is by far the most frustrating thing that can happen to us as sellers. I have received horrible emails AND a negative feedback because of you Vendio. I am getting so tired of your company and your mistakes! For a solid week we had no notification of Paypal payments! WHAT A HUGE PROBLEM!

"I am sorry for the frustration. Normally, known issues that have a large impact are announced on our announcements board. Some issues that have a smaller impact (or an unknown impact) and are quickly resolved may not get announced on the main site (mainly to avoid confusion for customers who may be experiencing similar symptoms from an unrelated problem). These types of issues are usually handled via email. I'm not saying this is the case here - it does seem like this is something that should have been announced and it appears that there was a miscommunication somewhere.

Anyway, my apologies for not being more pro-active about announcing this issue. We will look at ways to do a better job of this in the future.

I hope Vendio has learned their lesson from this one and WILL TAKE THE TIME TO NOTIFY US OF ISSUES LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE. I caught this problem JUST in time to save myself from a bunch of negative feedback comments, and even asked Vendio to post an announcement regarding this issue a few days ago, when this poor guy could have still made an attempt to clean up this mess and save himself from the negative feedback he received...But Vendio STILL let no one know.

I don't care if there's only ONE person that you know about that has been affected by an issue such as this. The rest of us are PAYING Vendio customers, and deserve to know that there may be a problem with our auction management system. Again, most of your Vendio users do not follow the Vendio user boards daily. WE RELY ON VENDIO LETTING US KNOW ABOUT ISSUES THROUGH BULLETINS ON THE *MAIN* PAGE. Please, Vendio, don't let this happen again. Please don't be so secretive regarding issues.

immages--I hope you will e-mail your buyer, explainig that this was a simple mistake and try to get them to withdraw the feedback comment)
