We have been trying to list a saddle and a gibson guitar from SMP but keep getting the following:
Error 240: The item cannot be listed or modified.
The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy.

I was having the same problem when I was trying to list a SS Cookie Hut. It kept giving me that error because of the "SS." I guess it's associated with Nazi stuff. Try removing one word at a time to see what might be triggering the error. Sometimes it can be two words with a space between them that might spell a bad word. It's crazy!
