We just bought this program, and we're clueless about how to fill in the ftp info so we can attach AuctionWatch pictures to our auctions. Can you help?

TIA.

Julia

I don't know any of how Auction Watch works...

To fill in your FTP, once you have the whole graphic page of AAPro up, click on 'User' the box next to 'current user' where you filled in your name. Once you've got the user box clicked, it will bring you to box, with a lot of tabs, click on FTP (ad images)
from there, you need to fill in all that for your FTP, you may have to find out from your ISP what yours is called, mine is pages.prodigy.net then your password for your ISP? I think (been a long time since I've done this) IF you've got this far it has a box to 'test the FTP connection' if you click that, and you did all the above right, it will say its been successful......

Hope that helped some

Thanks for your quick reply, Shelly. What I'm having trouble with is the "Remote FTP host" box I need to fill in. Since my images are uploaded to AuctionWatch, all the info called for relates to AuctionWatch, not my ISP, if I understand the AA Pro user's manual.

I'm fairly new to AW also. Maybe there's a support area that could give me the correct information to fill in.

For anyone reading this thread who has been confused by the ftp info needed by AAPro, I think I figured it out. (Reading the AAPro user's manual on this will not help if one is totally unfamiliar with ftp as I am.)Since AuctionWatch already has my images, they have already taken care of the ftp part of getting the pictures online.

Therefore I think I can skip this part of the AAPro forms that need to be filled out before using the program.
