I got my first revenge feedback slapped on me this weekend. The only good part is that I filed my FVF refund form the the person is now NARU. He had two negs and one positive when he won my auction. He bid at the last second so there was no time to cancel his bid. Never could get a response out of him, so I negged him and filed for my refund but I guess I wasn't fast enough, he negged me before he got NARU'd.

Make sure you go to the feedback forum and leave a reply to his neg explaining the facts. I would also include the fact that he is naru. Most intelligent bidders will get the picture.

I think you should file first and then neg after they have received their warning. I know I have knocked a couple of people off of eBay and so it didn't matter if I didn't get a chance to neg them, and they had no chance to retaliate.

Yeah, you gotta hate that. Even if you leave them neg. feedback after you have filed your Non-payer alert with EBAY, and they still don't respond, and then you leave them negative feedback, guess what? They will neg. you back. This happened to me after a clear record. I have a feedback rating of 174 and 1 negative due to this dead beat bidder. But hey, if you read all the feedbacks, I'm still considered a good communicator. Something this dead beat left me. I can sympathize with you... Now you only have 6 months until it "sort of" goes away off your feedback rating.
