Sheesh! Ebay allows crossing categories and what do I get? Complaints despite good sales. A buyer on the specific category complained that the items were non related while they are. Simply happen to be reprints (which is known), and probably driving down the overpriced items he's selling. Heh.. tough break on the ebay board today. My customers want to read not invest.
I complained to ebay about the spam I recieved from the person, their answer was to ignore the sender.. (their customer). Oh well, watch me load that category and sell them now....
Anyone else having problems listing in multiple categories?

My problem is the apparent ABUSE of the cross-category listing.
I've found 17 different auctions that blantantly violated eBays rules. Most of them had the second category which was irrelevent of what they were selling.
I reported them, noting the discrepencies. There is no way I want this trash in my searches.

I doubt that ebay will do anything about it though since they were the ones collecting the fees at both ends... nice place to be with the customers in the middle..

I'd like to see separate categories for reprints. Currently, in my field, reprints end up in the same categories as vintage collectibles- cluttering the categories and in some cases confusing buyers. Reprints aren't generally collectibles (I know- there are exceptions), and listing them side by side with the "real thing" only does a service to reprint sellers.
