If both parties mutually agree to void the auction, does ebay still send out the nonpaying bidder reminder letter to the buyer, as part of the FVF refund process? It would seem silly, since both parties have already agreed to no payment necessary.

I believe the buyer still gets an email from ebay which indicates both parties have basically agreed to mutually void the transaction.

In those few instances I've used this, I've advised the buyer they may be getting such an email & not to be concerned by it, there are no repercussions for either side.
